Sommer rhubarb and raspberry bittersweet aperitif is a perfectly balanced and deliciously distinct blend of fruit, herbs and spices, all sustainably sourced. Scottish raspberries deliver a fresh, juicy acidity with floral sweetness while rhubarb brings a refreshing tart and tangy flavour, with citrussy undertones. A combination of 36 herbs and spices, including lemon thyme, gentian root and cinchona bark help achieve the perfect aroma and bitter finish.
We make our bittersweet aperitifs at our very own distillery in Kettlesing, Yorkshire, where we control every nuance of the making, from selecting each botanical through to blending and bottling.

Make Your Own Sommer Spritz
Our 3-2-1 serve is easy to make and even easier to drink.
Fill a tall glass or wineglass with ice, and add:
– Three parts prosecco (75ml)
– Two parts Sommer (50ml)
– One part soda (25ml)
– Serve with a smile.
