If like us you prefer to start the celebrations early. Here’s the recipe for our amazing Rhubarb & Raspberry Negroni 😍

25ml Sommer Rhubarb & Raspberry Aperitif
25ml London Dry Gin (we recommend @singgin)
25ml Sweet Vermouth

Serve in a short tumbler glass with an orange twist to garnish 🍊

‘Behind the Shutters’ - Our still features a ‘Thumper’. This allows for a secondary distillation in one run which gives us a higher quality final liquid with more flavour. Botanicals can be added into the Thumper to increase their flavour in the final spirit.
